On behalf of our association and all of our member companies, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the 2026 HBASJV Spring Builders Showcase, sponsored by Big C Lumber and Andersen Windows and Doors. This year’s event features 11 stunning new homes throughout Michiana, showcasing the very best in craftsmanship, design, and innovation our local building community has to offer.

Each home in this year’s showcase reflects the pride, skill, and dedication of our member builders, professionals who live and work right here in the St. Joseph Valley.
